We ship to most countries around the world, but due to the current laws of the UK, we are unable to ship there.

⭐️ please note that if you are outside of the USA, you will be responsible
for paying VAT, customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receipt of your order.

When we ship you a package internationally, it will very likely be subject to VAT, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country and these extra fees will be due once your items arrive in your country and/or customs.

VAT, import duties, taxes & charges, etc., are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges on CardinalPlanners.com. 
As the buyer, you are responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of your country in regards to paying these fees.

Import charges can vary but are most commonly based on the price you paid and
type of item you ordered, taxes, duties & fees of your country, package weight & dimensions, etc.

We are not able to guess or assume which of these fees will be applied, and we are NOT
responsible to calculate or collect any of these fees or taxes from you
at the time of checkout.

If you reject your package when it gets to your country because you don't want to pay for the VAT /
customs fees, CardinalPlanners cannot refund you.

by purchasing from CardinalPlanners.com, you agree with all this info & are bound to these Terms.

We reserve the right to cancel & refund any order at our discretion.

Upon completion of payment, your items will be processed, packed & labeled with tracking information, then shipped out.

Please check the website's top message bar for current processing times.

These processing times are business days only. Weekends & US Holidays are not included in the current processing times listed on the announcement bar of the site.

In the event of a delay in processing times, we will contact you
promptly via the e-mail that you provided at the checkout when placing your order.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at info@cardinalplanners.com

CardinalPlanners operates out of the southern region of the United States.

the estimated shipping times listed below are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you AFTER you receive a shipping confirmation.

These estimations are average time frames based upon prior orders and may be impacted even more during the holiday season.

⭐️USA (free shipping/USPS first class): 3 days-2 weeks


⭐️USA (USPS priority mail): 2 days-1 week


⭐️Canada: (USPS first class international package) 2-4 weeks

⭐️Everywhere else: (USPS first class international package) 4-8 weeks

It is important to note that even if the area you live in has eased restrictions, shipping is still heavily impacted by the global pandemic.

Please make sure that you enter your address information correctly at the checkout to avoid any confusion or delays.

Your item will ship to the default address on the invoice that's shown to us after your payment clears.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

USPS First Class - NOT insured.

USPS Priority - insured.

Because CardinalPlanners cannot file a claim for you, be sure to select USPS priority shipping at the checkout if you are concerned about your package getting lost, stolen or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot control how the package is treated once it leaves our shop. because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to post office/travel errors unless USPS priority shipping was chosen at checkout. in this case, we will file a claim with USPS once you have sent us photos & we have enough information to submit to them to start a claim.

For lost packages, we do not offer refunds or replacements because most of the time your order will eventually show up or get returned to us. we'll keep you updated if it gets sent back here.

As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number & is scanned into the postal service system, the usps is now responsible for handling it.
In the event that your package appears lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the usps.

We will do our best to help you, but CardinalPlanners will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been assigned a tracking number, scanned into the carrier system & shipped out of this physical location.
